DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective product, please contact us via email hello@frcnk.com with a picture of the product, we will fix the problem.
DISCOUNT CODE FOR PRE-ORDER or DISCOUNTED PRODUCT
Some discount codes cannot be used on pre-order or discounted products. If you are trying to use a code on a full-priced product and are getting an error message, make sure you enter the code in case as written.
