We currently offer standard & express delivery options in Asia, Europe and America, with order tracking services.
STANDARD
- Delivery Timing: 12-15 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
- Payment: By Card
- Exceptions: If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
EXPRESS
- Delivery Timing: 5-7 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email
- Payment: By Card
- Exceptions: If an order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday

TIME REQUIRED FOR THE SHIPMENT
Once we receive your order, our warehouse team will process the order within one business day. However, bags might need to be collected from warehouses at different locations. While also adhering to international shipping distancing measures, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to ship. (except presale items)
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND/OR TAXES
Each country has different tax and duty rates, but we’ll cover all additional fees. This means the price listed on our website is the final amount you’ll pay — door to door.
TRACKING NUMBER
After order placement, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. The tracking number will be sent via a separate email once your order is ready to leave the warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing the shipment status.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure all details, including the recipient’s name, are CORRECT. Otherwise, the items may be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. FRANK is NOT responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of your order due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.
