The primary material for Mastrotto leather is bovine leather raised in Italy or other European countries, where the climate is mild, the grasslands are lush, and there are fewer insects, ensuring a smooth surface and the highest quality.

*Note: Marks and scars are characteristic of an authentic leather hide. The leather contains various natural marks that might look different from the pictures. They can appear as veins, stretch marks, grain differences, inconsistency in the surface of the leather.

To best preserve your Frank item, we recommend you take the following steps:

Keep it away from humidity, rain, over-exposure to direct light and sources of heat
Avoid contact with alcohol, perfumes, oils and cosmetics
Avoid using waterproofing products
Avoid dark-coloured surfaces and light-coloured surfaces coming into contact to prevent colour migration
In case of contact with water, wipe the surface with a clean, dry and soft light-coloured cloth
To clean leather and metal hardware, wipe the surface with a clean, dry and soft light-coloured cloth
It is not recommended to use cleaning products that are not adapted to Frank leather

We offer international shipping globally. FRANK provide free shipping worldwide on order over $199 USD

Time required for the shipment
Once we receive your order, our warehouse team will process the order within one business day. However, bags might need to be collected from warehouses at different locations. While also adhering to international shipping distancing measures, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to ship. （except presale items）

International delivery time
We try to deliver your desired bags, no matter where you are located, as fast as possible. Therefore, we partner with different shipping companies. General delivery times of different shipping agencies will take 10-12 working days

International duties and/or taxes
